Your Salary is too poor : What is management policy?

In common problem of an employee is their salary. The officer’s common excuse is they are ill paid. How management is giving you ill salary? It is management policy. I have seen some company earns a lot of money with their employee but they give a poor salary. Company can pay well but never increase their employee’s salary. What policy they take to pay you well? Do you know?
01. You are not good in work: Management tell you that you are not good in work. You have to know more. So you do not tell them to increase your salary.
02. Work some days and your salary will be increased: Your boss may told you to wait some times to increase salary or promotion. Many of company may not increase in time and do not promote you as your skill is. But you are satisfied with this salary.
03. Learning period: Most of the companies join people as learning period/probation period. they pay ill salary in this time. you may satisfied with your salary. But do you know that you are working as a experienced employee but you are ill paid? You may or may not know it but I saw in some instance where probation period employees and permanent employees are same in their work but maid different amount.
