Blue space explosion

Using this thoroughly explained, detailed photoshop lesson, you will see how to create blue space explosion effect using some special photoshop tips and tricks. Let’s start!

Step 1

I will start with a new document with a black background, and with the following size 350 x 350 pixels.

Step 2

Choose now FIlter > Render > Clouds.

Step 3

Duplicate now Your layer (CTRL + J) and choose Filter > Artistic > Plastic wrapr and make the adjustments as follow:

Step 4

Duplicate Your layer again (CTRL + J) and set the blending mode to Overlay.
